A 30-minute, effective workout can be just as beneficial, or even more beneficial, than an hour-long sweat session. It’s all about how you design the workout.

30-minute BURST Sessions

Dynamic strength and tone, cardio conditioning 'get in and get out' total body workouts comprised of simple circuits, intervals, and stations leaving little room for excuses with such a convenient, effective method of movement.

The best bang for your buck when it comes to getting a killer workout in just 30 minutes targeted towards different muscle groups throughout the week.

Incredibly knowledgeable and engaging coaches to provide the support, inspiration, and motivation needed to sustain an effective fitness routine.

Small training groups allow coaches to work with you 1:1 to help you reach specific body composition and training goals.

All workouts can be modified up or down, so strength training and cardiovascular conditioning can continuously challenge

CIRCUITS, STATIONS, TABATA, INTERVALS, PARTNER and TEAMER WORKOUTS

SLAM BALLS, ROWING MACHINES, JUMPROPE, BOSU, DUMBBELLS, BARBELLS, SLIDERS, KETTLE BELLS, SPIN BIKES, RESISTANCE BANDS, RESSITANCE TRAINERS, ETC.
